# Dashboard snapshot

> Get a recurring summary of your account at a glance

The dashboard snapshot is a recurring email or text that gives you a high-level read on your account — total spend, total requests, top models, and top keys — for the period it covers. Use it when you want a quick check-in without logging into the dashboard.

## When to use it

* A daily, weekly, or monthly digest you can scan in 30 seconds.
* Keeping leadership in the loop without giving everyone dashboard access.
* A "is anything weird happening?" pulse-check on top of your threshold alerts.

This is a digest, not a threshold alert — it sends on schedule as long as there was activity in the period.

## What you configure

| Setting      | What it does                                                    |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Scope**    | What to report on — your personal account or your organization. |
| **Schedule** | How often to receive the snapshot — daily, weekly, or monthly.  |

There are no thresholds to set. Turn it on, pick a scope and a schedule, and it shows up on cadence.

## How you're notified

Email and/or SMS, based on your preferences in **Settings → Notifications**. The email includes the full breakdown; SMS is a short summary. See [the alerts overview](/docs/alerts/overview) for delivery details.
