New capabilities

What your team gains with Concentrate

01

Set a budget before usage grows

Assign a token budget to a team, project, employee, app, or key up front, so AI spend starts with an owner instead of becoming a surprise line on the next invoice.

02

Cap the workloads that can run away

Give coding agents, batch jobs, and pilots their own budget so one loop or one bad prompt can't quietly drain the credits the rest of the company depends on.

03

Move budget where it's earning

Use spend tracking to see which workloads are growing, then adjust budgets to match.

Who Concentrate is designed for

How token budgets turn AI spend into owned limits

Token allocation assigns usage budgets to teams, projects, apps, or keys before spend grows. Finance sets budgets by team or project. Engineering maps workloads to keys. Alerts fire when usage gets close. Token allocation and spend tracking work together.

Finance and FP&A

Set budgets by team or project so AI cost has an owner before it shows up on a provider invoice.

Engineering and platform

Give agents, pilots, and batch jobs their own budget so one loop cannot drain credits the rest of the company relies on.

Team leads

Move budget toward workloads that deliver and tighten the ones that do not, using the same spend views you already review.

Paired with alerts and caps

Combine allocation with spend spike alerts and key spend limits so a budget is enforced, not just documented.

Feature basics

Frequently asked questions

What is token budget allocation?
Token budget allocation assigns AI usage limits to teams, projects, apps, or keys before spend grows. Limits map to the team or key that owns the work, so when one is reached you know exactly whose it is.
How is token budget allocation different from spend tracking?
Spend tracking explains what already happened; token allocation decides what should happen. Allocation defines who can use tokens and how much, while tracking and alerts tell you when a budget is close to its limit. Most teams use both together.
What happens when a budget is reached?
Set a spend limit on the key that owns the budget. When usage approaches the limit, a key limit alert fires, and a key spend limit can cap the workload outright. That keeps a single project from consuming credits other teams rely on.
