Requests sent only to BAA-covered routes, which HIPAA mode enforces for you. You still own your own HIPAA obligations.

How does Concentrate keep PHI on covered routes?

HIPAA mode applies to the whole organization and every key under it, and nobody on your team can turn it off. Zero data retention stays on. Prompt and response bodies are not written to request logs. Providers without a BAA are skipped, including when they are listed as a fallback, and the auto router only picks covered routes. Yes, two ways. Baseten publishes a standard BAA. It does not apply by default: it takes effect only once you and Baseten execute it (Baseten says to contact [email protected]), and it covers Baseten only.
